Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received

If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.

The Standard Returns Process

  • To arrange your return please contact Customer Service via email to Vendor or live chat to raise a return. Please keep in mind that we are marketplace and individual Vendor will need to review the return.
  • Return of Funds – If you don't like your Item or you change your mind we are happy to replace your itme. We are only releasing money after correct Item is recived by Vendor.
  • Customer will be responsible for return  to Vendor store location and pay return shipping fees. Customer is responsiable to provide the shipping tracking number and pictures of the item before and after packaging.

 

 

Policies and Procedures

OPEPER reserves the right to:

  • Refuse any refund if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms and Conditions
  • Limit customer support and refunds for abuse of these services or violations of the Terms and Conditions
  • Limit purchase activity in the marketplace apps if it in good faith suspects abuse of this Policy or violations of the Terms and Conditions

 

 

This Policy may be updated from time to time.

This Policy, including the requirement to contact us within 30 days of receipt or maximum delivery date, does not limit the statutory warranty or withdrawal rights you may have with a merchant - OPEPPER makes these refund and return options available at its discretion regardless of the rights you may have with a merchant

 

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer services team via our live chat function *please note - cancellations can only be made within the 1 hour time frame of your purchase. 

For cancellations, our team will need the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date/time of purchase
  • Customer Name
